Entree

Goes well with pork or chicken.

Ingredients

3 slices of bacon, crumbled
½ box rainbow rotini pasta
¼ cup Italian dressing
¼ cup bell pepper, diced  
shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions

Follow cooking directions on pasta package. When the pasta is done cooking drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add Italian dressing and stir to coat.

Over medium-high heat in a skillet cook bacon till crisp. Place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the grease and let cool.

Add bell pepper and crumbled bacon. Put in the fridge until cool, about 2 hours.

Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
