April 7, 2014Fairly simple pasta salad that goes well with pork or chicken. You can use store bought Italian dressing or try giving our Italian dressing recipe a try.
Follow cooking directions on pasta package. When the pasta is done cooking drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add Italian dressing and stir to coat.
Over medium-high heat in a skillet cook bacon till crisp. Place on a plate with paper towels to absorb the grease and let cool.
Add bell pepper and crumbled bacon. Put in the fridge until cool, about 2 hours.
Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
