April 6, 2014Steaming vegetables keeps much of the vitamins and minerals in them. Goes well with pork or chicken.
1 carrot, sliced
1 yellow zucchini, sliced
1 green zucchini, sliced
1 Tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam carrots for 3 min. Add zucchini and steam an additional 1 min until tender. Take off heat. mix in the butter. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
