This is a remake of McCormick’s “It’s a Dilly!” Spice mix that was discontinued a few years ago.
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons dill seed
1 Tablespoon dried lemon peel
½ teaspoon citric acid (optional)
½ teaspoon jalapeno powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
4 Tablespoons dill weed
Directions
Use a mortar and pestle or an electric spice grinder to grind the dill seeds and dried lemon peels into a fine powder.
Mix all ingredients together.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. Like your fridge.
