You can’t by this in the spice section of your supermarket. Rub or shake this on anything you want to grill. You can even sprinkle this on French fries hot out of the oven or fryer.
½ cup paprika
¼ cup chili powder
3 Tablespoons kosher salt
2 Tablespoons ground coriander
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons curry powder
2 Tablespoons mustard powder
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
