Cinnamon Sugar Biscuits
April 4, 2014A cool way to turn a can of soup into a restaurant quality bisque. A rich and creamy tomato soup with fresh basil.
1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
⅓ cup water
1-2 tablespoons finely minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
¼ cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Mix can of soup, water, and basil in a sauce pan then heat on medium high until bubbly. When hot, slowly add cream and lower temperature to medium until heated through. Add salt and pepper if needed.
