Biscuits and Sausage Gravy

⅓ cup cream cheese
1 or 2 thinly-sliced lox
1 slice onion
1 slice tomato

Spread the inside of each half of the bagel with cream cheese. Add the lox to the top of one of the bagel halves. Top with onion, then tomato. Place the remaining bagel half on top of the first half.
