Ingredients: 1 cup store bought cole slaw dressing; 1 tsp yellow mustard; 1 tsp lemon, juiced; ¼ tbsp dried parsley; ¼ tbsp dried basil

Another original recipe to add to the Jazz Cooker collection. This was the Jazz Cookers house dressing, a creamy vinaigrette, that came with the house salad. Tangy and sweet this house dressing is great for any salad. Even though we had the standard dressing options this was the biggest seller. I used to mix this up by the gallon twice a night on an average day. If you want it like the restaurant it was a salad of mixed romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, croutons ,tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese.

If you prefer to make the slaw dressing yourself instead of store bought try this recipe:

1 cup mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoon white vinegar

Add ingredients to blender and mix until well incorporated.
