Voodoo Chicken with Gris Gris Sauce

December 31, 2017As a kid I preferred cookies over cakes so, for a few preteen years, my birthday cake tasted like a cookie when we were at Grandma's over the summer.
4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar German chocolate, grated and divided
¼ cup confectioners sugar

Combine eggs, cake mix, pudding, milk, and oil and beat well. Fold in chocolate chips and ¾ of the grated chocolate bar.

Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 50-60 Minutes at 350° degrees.

Mix the confectioners sugar and ¼ of the grated chocolate bar. And sprinkle on cake when cool.
