My parents used to make this in hamburger sized patties with peas on the side. A great combination by the way, but I always thought it would be a bit better with a sauce to dip the patties in.

Ingredients

14.50 oz can salmon, drained
1 egg
10 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
tsp pepper
vegetable oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp horseradish

Directions

In a small mixing bowl stir together all the ingredients for the dipping sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and horseradish. Set in fridge until ready to serve.

In another mixing bowl, combine the salmon, egg, crackers, Worcestershire, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into six patties. In a skillet, fry patties in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.

Serve with the dipping sauce.
