April 6, 2014Cheese, chives, and a very mild flavored fish make an excellent meal. Great pared with a bold side like fresh brussel sprouts or couscous.
Preheat oven to 450F. Pat fish dry with paper towel then place in a lightly oiled baking dish in a single layer. In a small bowl, stir together Romano cheese, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon juice. Spread mixture over fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 450 F for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with more snipped chives.
