Got this idea from dipping my buffalo wings into the blue cheese dressing they serve on the side at wing restaurants. The wings transfer as much buffalo sauce into the blue cheese dressing as it gets on the wings. Dipping carrots and celery in afterwards has a nice combination of spicy and creamy that I have grown to love. I add the hot sauce last and instead of mixing it in all the way I give it a swirl so you can still see the hot sauce in the dip--like the ying-yang pairing of flavors that this is.
You can make this a couple days ahead if you like just put the hots sauce in when your ready to eat it.. If you want to switch it up just swirl the Franks Red Hot into my Buttermilk Ranch Dip instead.
