Oh Man! I love these things. It took a good friend of mine years of coaxing but I am now finally on the Cutco Bandwagon. I was never a big fan of the way they looked but now they have these nice white handles instead of the steak knife brown that reminds me of the 70s. They do still have that if you like it. (cou*badtaste*gh!) Anyways, they are very cool. I went through Kitchen Aid knives and others by dropping them and breaking off the tips. broken handles, rusting blades. The nice thing about Cutco is you never have to buy another one as long as you own the knife. They even sharpen them for you.
