TSG: Some of the ingredients used in this recipe are calling out other recipes in the book. instead of including those recipes I added store-bought alternatives in brackets for those ingredients. The flavors and tastes of certain foods are a portal to our emotional vault of past experiences and feelings, instantly transporting u back to a moment in time. Whether or not you were a scout, most of you have had the pleasure of sitting around the campfire experiencing a nip in the air, the crackle of wood logs burning and the sounds of a summer night. And of course the s'more. Because you can't build a campfire in your kitchen, this sundae was designed to evoke that sittin'-around-the-campfire- feeling. using our Nutty-Ella, a chocolate-roasted hazelnut butter, we were able to recreate the smoky s'more flavor in an ice cream sundae. This sundae is an homage to a classy couple we used to know, Doris and Seymour. (Seymour. S'more. Get it?) [ingredients] [method title="Directions"]
Spread 1/4 of the Amazing Graham Crumble in a banana split boat. Place scoops of ice cream side by side on top of the crumble. Spoon the Nutty Ella on top of the ice cream. Cover with the remaining crumble. Top with whipped cream and dust with the shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.
