Another nice assist from the Jazz Cooker's own Cajun cook book. They used to use this on almost everything from the fries to their legendary Voodoo Chicken.
¼ cup salt
1 Tablespoon onion salt
1 Tablespoon celery salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper, finely ground
1 Tablespoon white pepper, ground
1 Tablespoon garlic powder

Mix well and sprinkle on everything!
