October 25, 2017I recently made a recipe from a Korean cookbook I was doing a review of. The recipe was Peanuts, Frito's and Toasted Fish Jerky with a sriracha mayo dipping sauce. I liked everything but the smelly fish jerky and decided to make the recipe again for my more western tastes. The bold spices and saltiness is especially great with a beer. This is super easy to make because it is really just equal parts of the peanuts, Frito's and jerky. You will have extra dip left over and you can refrigerate it for a least a few weeks. just keep making your snack mix when you want and pull the dipping sauce from the fridge.
Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha together until smooth, set aside.
Toss together the Frito's, peanuts, and jerky. Serve with beer.
