Watermelon Salad

 1 tbsp balsamic reduction
 5 oz watermelon, cut into bite sized chunks
 2 oz crumbled feta
 5 mint leaves, torn
 1 pinch pepper

Drizzle balsamic reduction onto plate in an interesting design. I put it into a squeeze bottle and starting from the top of the plate, I drizzle it onto the plate moving my had back and forth while moving to the bottom of the plate. Creating a zig-zag design.

Place the watermelon on the plate covering the sauce, top with the feta then add the mint as garnish. Lightly sprinkle a pinch of pepper over the top. Serve.
