
Mix taco packet into the ground beef until just combined. Do not over-mix. Flatten into a patty and store covered in refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
Whisk together the lime juice and sour cream, set aside.
Remove patty from the refrigerator and preheat grill on high. When grill is hot add the patty, grilling on each side about 5 minutes for medium or until desired internal temperature is reached. I like mine medium so I take the patty off when the internal temperature reaches 130. The FDA recommends 160 but I find that dries it out to much. Add cheese to burger and grill one minute until the cheese starts to melt.
Place the burger on bun and spread the sour cream mixture on the top bun. Add the taco sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and jalapenos. serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.
