Spicy Garlic Edamame

 5 ounces edamame pods, frozen
 Salt to taste
 1 Tablespoons oil
 1 Tablespoons soy sauce
 2-3 cloves minced garlic
 1 Tablespoons Srirachi chili sauce

Fill a pot of with enough water so it will cover the Edamame. Bring water to a boil. Add Edamame and some salt. Boil for 3-4 minutes. You don't want to overcook the Edamame because it is going to be sautéed in a pan.Drain the Edamame thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel.

Heat oil in wok over medium heat. When hot add soy sauce, garlic, and Srirachi. Give it a stir then add the Edamame. Sauté until coated well and heated through. Serve.
