Turn your boring white rice into something you will be proud to plate next to your entrees.
2 thinly sliced green onions
2 to 3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup uncooked white rice
¼ cup minced fresh parsley
2 cup chicken broth
salt & pepper
Sauté onions in hot oil in a large skillet until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
