 2 thinly sliced green onions
 2 to 3 Tablespoons olive oil
 1 cup uncooked white rice
 ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
 2 cup chicken broth
 salt & pepper

Sauté onions in hot oil in a large skillet until tender.
