Jazz Cooker’s House Dressing

Some of the dressings at The Jazz Cooker might not have been homemade but the House dressing was.

 ½ cup mayonnaise
 2 Tablespoons sugar
 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
 ¼ cup yellow mustard
 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley
 1 Tablespoon minced fresh basil

Put the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and salt and pepper into a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well . Adjust salt and pepper to taste.


Stir the parsley and basil into the mayonnaise mixture and transfer to a plastic or glass container. Store in the fridge for up to a week or serve right away.
