Iron Chef Battle Snack: Avocado, Tuna, and Tomatoes

6.50oz1 can (6-½ ounces/184 g) of your favorite tuna
2avocados, halved, pitted, scooped, and chopped
The zest and juice of 1 lemon
A thinly sliced green onion
A splash of your very best olive oil
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
A handful of chopped fresh parsley
A pinch or two of salt and lots of fresh ground pepper

Toss the tuna--juices and all--into a bowl and flake apart with a fork. Add everything else and toss gently until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve and share!
