Hobos

 1 lb ground beef, formed into a patty
 ¼ white onion, chopped into wedges
 36 new potatoes
 36 baby carrots
 3 baby bella mushrooms, whole
 1 rosemary twig
 1 garlic clove, whole
 salt and pepper

Peel carrots and potatoes and chop vegetables in large chunks. Unroll a 48-inch-long piece of tin foil and fold it over so it is double-layered. Place the vegetables and herbs in the center of the tinfoil and put a hamburger patty on top of the veggies. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully wrap the foil around the dinner and seal it tightly.

To the side of your fire spread out some hot coals and set your packet on top of the coals keeping the seamed side up. Turn the packet about halfway through. open and using a thermometer check the doneness of the patty. Importantly if the vegetables can be easily pierced with a fork it is ready.
