Gluten-free Granola with Dried Apple, Pumpkin Seeds & Almonds

1 ½ cups puffed amaranth

1 ½ cups puffed millet

1 cup rice bran flakes

½ cup roasted buckwheat groats

⅔ cup chopped dried apple

¾ cup dried cranberries

¾ cup almonds, coarsely chopped

½ cup pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp flaxseeds

¼ cup sunflower seeds

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine. Transfer to an airtight container and store until needed.
