Peal browned banana and break into 1 inch pieces. Put into Ziploc freezer bag.
Once frozen about 4 hours, place into blender with sugar and about half cup milk. Turn blender on high and slowly add milk until the shake is nice, thick, and as smooth as you like. Serve immediately.
