Ingredients: 2 oz Orchard Pear liqueur; 1 oz Amaretto; ½ tbsp lemon juice, about a quarter of a lemon; 2 oz lemon lime soda (7 Up)

2 oz Orchard Pear liqueur

1 oz Amaretto

½ tbsp lemon juice, about a quarter of a lemon

2 oz lemon lime soda (7 Up)

Add pear liqueur, amaretto, lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until very cold.

Strain into a martini glass and top with the 7 up.

Serve as is or with a cinnamon stick garnish.
