Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing with Scallions

 1 cup mayonnaise
 1 cup sour cream
 ΒΌ cup water
 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese
 2 green onions finely sliced
 salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, water, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in blue cheese and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least an hour. Will keep up to one week.
