Cottage Cheese and Tomato Salad

 ¾ cup cottage cheese
 7 oz tomatoes
 ½ tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped or torn
 1 dash sumac powder
 1 pinch flake salt

Slice grape tomatoes in half or if using Campari or larger tomatoes cut into slices or wedges and set aside. Plate the cottage cheese then top with the sliced tomatoes. Garnish with sumac and mint, then sprinkle with flake salt.
