 ½ cup sugar
 1 Tablespoons cinnamon
 ¼ stick butter, melted
 1 can of 5 Pillsbury biscuits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small mixing bowl put the melted butter and in another small mixing bowl mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Dip the biscuits one at a time into the butter, making sure to coat both sides, then into the cinnamon sugar coating the entire biscuit. Place in a 9X9 baking pan It is OK if the biscuits touch each other. Discard the butter and cinnamon sugar.

Bake the biscuits by following the cooking directions on the biscuit tube. You will have to add a minuet or two to your normal cooking time for these biscuits. They should be a little crispy on the outside when done.
