A creamy veggie dip made with beer.
Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dips mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese. Serve with vegetable pieces.
You want this pretty thick for dipping veggies and pretzels, so stay with the recipe. If you would like to dip potato chips or crackers, then thin it out with more beer or you will have a broken chip graveyard all over your dip. Not to mention the added beer to thin it out makes it taste like a completely different dip.
