Rub or shake this on anything you want to grill.

 ½ cup paprika
 ¼ cup chili powder
 3 Tablespoons kosher salt
 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
 2 Tablespoons sugar
 2 Tablespoons curry powder
 2 Tablespoons mustard powder
 1 Tablespoon black pepper
 1 Tablespoon dried basil
 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
 1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
